Team
Founded in 2017 in Cottbus, Germany, smartZebra GmbH set out to give professionals the reliable source for valuation and transfer-pricing data.
The team has since grown into a group of valuation & transfer pricing specialists, data engineers, and finance enthusiasts — today working mainly from our Berlin office in Prenzlauer Berg, alongside our registered base in Cottbus.
smartZebra is privately held and has grown steadily since the establishment, raising its registered share capital over time (most recently in 2026) as it reinvests in data and product.
